My musical journey
My journey with the piano began in my early years, sparking a passion that has only intensified over time. I fondly remember listening to my mother play, her melodies filling our home with warmth. The sound of church bells ringing nearby also captivated me, inspiring me to mimic those enchanting tones. This early fascination propelled me toward formal education, ultimately leading to a Bachelor of Music from Eastern Michigan University in 1988 and a Master of Music from Louisiana State University in 1994.

While playing with the Baton Rouge Symphony was an exhilarating experience that stands out, what remains most memorable to me isn't a single performance, but the profound journey of composing and writing my own CD.
